Ever wonder about the story behind those "Not Haunted" realtor signs you've seen floating around social media? Well, we found the woman behind them! Realtor Joy Sushinsky started hanging the signs on the Hampden, Baltimore homes she was selling but only after she was convinced they weren't haunted. Sushinsky was inspired after moving into her own haunted house with her dog and cat earlier this year. Her cat, named Killer, might have chased away the spirits that roamed her home because they stopped making noise once he passed.
